akaAkagera national park is located in the east of Rwanda and it covers 1500 square metres of savannah which is just west of Kagera River. It’s because of its diverse savannah vegetation which is loved by the people who come to The Park.

The Rwanda development Board has already launched an electrical fence which is to be put on the park boundary in order to avoid the conflicts which might happen between the humans who live around the park and the wildlife with in the park. This fence will also help in guaranting the safety of the wildlife with in the park and at the same time protecting the local communities which are surrounding the park who act as the key partners in the conservation wildlife and in the development of the tourism sector. trsghThe world tourism day in Rwanda was hosted at Nyungwe national park which hours many wildlife species that attract many safari visits to Rwanda, these tours to the park have helped in increasing revenue of the country hence developing the tourism sector in Rwanda.

The two activities which were organized in order to mark the world tourism day attracted many safaris to Rwanda in that many tourists traveled from different countries to come and enjoy the activities which were organized. These activities mainly focused on the role of tourism in the surrounding communities.

The main theme of the celebrations of the world tourism day was tourism and water and was to encourage all the communities of Rwanda especially those near the national parks to manage and conserve water sources so that the wildlife in the parks can be properly protected and managed. This however will help in encouraging more tourists to come for safaris to Rwanda.

The activities which were participated in included the accreditation of the Kitabi College of conservation and environment management; it’s an important college since it has worked hard at promoting the conservation and preservation of wildlife and plants with in the parks which have helped in increasing Rwanda safaris.

Other activities which were participated in included the conservation of Nyungwe national park, visiting the kitabi cultural village and also laying of the foundation stone to pave way for the construction of the new hotel outside the national park, this will help to increase more tourists to come for safaris to Rwanda

The celebrations mainly focused on creating awareness among the citizens especially the local community the importance of tourism and its social, cultural, political and the economic values to the people of Rwanda.

CHIMPChimpanzees in Uganda are mostly found in Kibale National park and they are so closely related to humans. Uganda’s tourism sector to earn more funding-Prime Uganda safaris & Tours safari updates

GRThe tourism sector needs more funding in order to facilitate its operations within the country. The government has however promised to increase on the funds which are given to the tourism sector so that Uganda safaris can be developed.

 The increase is due to help develop the sector since the money which was always allocated to the sector in the budget was little and it was not enough to take care of the operations of the entire sector, this however affected the sector since its problems and challenges were not solved which affected safaris to Uganda.

 The tourism sector in Uganda has always been considered as the fast growing industry by many magazines and on top of that the lonely planet, but the sector can increase its growth if its funding from the government is improved. This will automatically help in increasing safari tours to Uganda which will help in developing the tourism sector.

 The government has promised to increase the sector’s funds in the upcoming budget. The government has been giving the sector an amount of 53.1b and now the sector will get 65.1 billions; this amount will at least help in facilitating the infrastructural developments of the sector and also to increase on marketing and promotion of the sector which will later help in increasing the number of people who come for safaris in Uganda.

 The government has however wished that the funds should focus on improving the roads especially those that lead to the tourism destinations like the national parks so that the tourists can find it easy to go and have safari tours to the national parks, this will however help in attracting more tourists to come for safari visits to Uganda.

bgfhKasubi Tombs is a cultural site of Buganda Kingdom which was burnt and now its going through a restoration process which will later help to increase Uganda safaris , this is because many people from all over the world have always visited the tombs for cultural studies. This site is considered to be the main cultural site of Uganda.

The site has boosted by many organizations which have come up to invest money in order to fasten its restoration, CCA is one of the organizations which have come up to provide funds to the restoration of the tombs, it donated 10million which were received by the management. This place will soon be finished and will again attract as many tourists who will come for safaris to Uganda.

Buganda has got many cultural sites which have attracted many tourists to come for safaris in Uganda. These include the kabaka palace, the bulange building, wamala tombs and many other which are frequently visited by many visitors.

The Kasubi Tombs before it was burnt used to generate high revenues for the kingdom and this helped in innovating the rest of the Buganda sites so that they can also generate revenues for the Buganda Kingdom, These tombs remained attracting safari visits even though they were burnt.
